The RADIANCE Global Program
The RADIANCE Global Program is an international, multicenter, first-of-its-kind initiative designed to explore the benefits of renal denervation in hypertension. The RADIANCE studies are double-blind, randomized, sham-controlled trials designed to provide additional information about the ability of the Paradise™ Renal Denervation System to treat high blood pressure.
RADIANCE-HTN clinical trial enrollment is now complete. The TRIO cohort has been evaluating the effect of the Paradise System in patients with true treatment resistant hypertension, despite being on medication. For results of our SOLO cohort, visit our Clinical Results Page.

RADIANCE-II is a pivotal trial, currently enrolling patients, to study the safety and effectiveness of the Paradise System to reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension, in the absence of antihypertensive medications. RADIANCE-II is currently enrolling patients with uncontrolled blood pressure on 0-2 anti-hypertensive medications.
